JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking to add to our Administrative Team the role of an Administrative Coordinator Assistant to work directly with the Coordination Supervisor.
Job Summary: Assist in the day-to day administration/management of No Limit HCSS Support Services.

Experience: Two years of experience in a similar capacity.
All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Applicant will demonstrate initiative / self-direction by identifying and seizing opportunities for Agency development and improvement - motivated to drive for success of the Agency.
The employee understands the dynamic nature of No Limit HCSS and displays an openness to adaptability / change.
Possess an ability to make proactive and productive changes to practices as needed to accomplish No Limit HCSS goals and is responsive to situations that require variation / discretion in regular routine.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Coordinator Supervisor in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions related to the operations of No Limit HCSS.
Assist in the day-to-day administration and management of No Limit HCSS operations.
Flexible and able to work independently using own initiative.
Organize Presentations of Services to Prospective Clients.
Advise and ensure proper procedures and processes of No Limit operations.
Assist the Supervisor to monitor implementation of Plans, monthly contact, in-person visits etc.
Ensure proper and excellent update and record keeping of DDD, CSOC and No Limit HCSS activities/ operations.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in accepting work assignments.
Respond and communicate necessary information about No Limit HCSS with vendors
Research and find solutions for any operational needs, support services issues, or client/ family problems that may occur.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office 365
- Preferred Multilingual (ASL, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Creole etc.).
- Ability to multitask, highly organized with eyes for details in a crazy environment
- Passionate working with people of various background and respect culture
Requirements:
Aged 21 above
Authorized to work in USA
Have valid NJ Driver’s License with own car.
Up to 30% travel required
Agree to fingerprinting, drug screening and criminal background checks
Agree to undergo essential trainings and quick to learn/understand
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject or equivalent in education or experience.

Essential Requirements:
Minimum of one year experience working with adults 18+ with developmental or intellectual disabilities
A full bachelor’s degree in any subject
